AP Exam Prep

Show Them You’re Ready for College

Nothing demonstrates college readiness like a strong showing on Advanced Placement exams.  More than other standardized tests, the AP exams test critical thinking, analytical writing and quantitative reasoning.

It’s also a chance for students to showcase a particular talent and prove they have the confidence and chutzpah to
tackle the most challenging material.

Better yet, many colleges grant credit for AP scores, which means parents save on tuition.

Our Approach to AP Prep

On AP exams, we believe a little extra work goes a long way. Teachers prepare their students well,
but may not have time to focus on the AP exam itself.

That’s where we can help. We offer classes for all major AP courses, each one taught by a tutor with an advanced degree and deep knowledge of both the material and the exam.  In six two-hour sessions, students will explore the format, content and strategies to conquer the AP exam.

Our small group classes offer students the best of both worlds: individualized attention and the opportunity to learn from their peers. As with all our programs, our tutors are available to students and their parents between sessions for extra support.

“Sarah is very flexible, always goes the extra mile, and can help with a wide array of academic needs. She helped our 16-year-old son get through the rigorous demands of his junior year.  We’re not sure what we would have done without her!”
